Cap & Gown Order
All rented items are due back following the final ceremony on Graduation Day.
Each graduate candidate will receive up to 5 tickets. Students will receive tickets with a cap & gown order.

Orlando campus students do not order tickets; tickets are picked up during the ticket-pickup window at the Fairwinds Alumni Center located near the Addition Financial Arena. A photo ID will be required for pick-up.
Tickets not picked up with the rented regalia package during the dates specified above will be given to other eligible candidates through the Commencement Ticket Lottery system.
Doctoral candidates, top honor graduates, and Order of Pegasus graduates must pick up tickets with official academic regalia at the Fairwinds Alumni Center near the Addition Financial Arena. They may obtain reserved seating for their guests by bringing their tickets to the Office of Presidential Events (Millican Hall, Room 396) during ticket pick up week for a reserved seating stamp. Regional campus candidates will order and pick up tickets at their area campus (Daytona Beach, Palm Bay, and Cocoa only). Daytona Beach candidates should contact the Administrative Services Office for pickup; Cocoa and Palm Bay campus candidates should contact the EFSC Bookstore. If a candidate from a regional campus misses the order period, the tickets will remain at the Orlando campus for pick-up until the end of the pick-up period. Students from all other regional campuses must pick up tickets at the Orlando campus. Note: Rosen College of Hospitality Management guest tickets will be available at the Rosen College Bookstore.
Candidates can request extra tickets through the Commencement Ticket Lottery. To enter, log into myUCF during normal ticket pick-up times. Click on Student Self Service > Student Center. Once on the Student Center page, open the Other Academic… dropdown menu and scroll down to Commencement Ticket Lottery.
Up to five (5) extra Commencement guest tickets may be requested by participating graduates who have an Intent to Graduate in "Pending" status by the withdrawal deadline of the current term. Lottery results will be emailed to the student's campus email address after the normal ticket pick-up window. Winners of extra tickets will need to claim their tickets in person at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore @ UCF. Any forfeited tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis at the Addition Financial Arena box office prior to each Commencement ceremony. Candidates unable to pick up tickets (regular or extra) may designate a third party to do so by providing them with a letter authorizing UCF to release the tickets during the appropriate times listed above. Letters must include name of person designated to pick up the tickets, the candidate’s name, PID, college of major and signature, and must be presented at the time of ticket pick up along with a copy of the student's photo ID.
Guests who do not have tickets for Addition Financial Arena seating will have the opportunity to view a live telecast of the ceremony via closed circuit television at the Fairwinds Alumni Center and the Student Union. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The sign language interpreter is visible on the live telecast screen. The simulcast viewing is not closed captioned.
